Dr. Darin Bowers, M.D., received his medical training through Marshall University followed by a full Internal Medicine residency through West Virginia University. He then completed his Ophthalmology training at Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania. He received dual board certification in both Internal Medicine and Ophthalmology and now specializes in advanced laser cataract and Lasik eye surgery.
Dr. Bowers has over 30 years of surgical experience and offers the latest in cataract surgery lens implants including premium multi-focal (PanOptix™, ClearView 3™), extended depth-of-focus (Vivity™), and the latest Light-Adjustable Lens™ (LAL) which allows for in-office fine tuning of a patient’s vision following surgery.
