Although I do understand that every visit is different, my child’s appointment was 2:45 and by 3:25 she still hadn’t made it in the room. I mean why make an appointment if you can’t be seen in time, my time is valuable and I had something else to do afterwards.

Seemed very uninterested. Indecisive about the plan moving forward for wellness. And, I was left in the room not knowing whether we were finished and I should leave, or if she was coming back. So, we just left!!!

Was not satisfied. Went to visit because child had an allergic reaction and I Received a very generic response. There was no interest in even checking for anything or asking questions to try and understand until requested.

Prior to joining Bootin and Savrick Pediatric Associates, Dr. Jean-François enjoyed taking care of children in a primary care setting in Brooklyn, New York, where she also provided care in a newborn nursery. Her areas of interest include promoting breastfeeding and supporting infants and mothers through this process. She also welcomes addressing concerns that parents may have in providing the best care for their children, including conversations about vaccinations.
New to the Houston area, Dr. Jean-François enjoys exploring her new home as well as salsa dancing, West African dancing, traveling and spending time with family and friends. She also speaks conversational French and Haitian Creole. She takes pride in her work and looks forward to caring for what matters most to people: their children.
