He attended the University of Tennessee in Memphis, receiving his medical degree in 1976. Dr. Sparks then completed his internship at USAF Regional Hospital at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi, in 1978.
He fulfilled his orthopedic residency requirements at the University of Mississippi in 1986. He is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and licensed in Alabama.

Dr. Danny is a fantastic physician. He is very thorough in making sure he makes the correct diagnosis and treatment. I have been using Sparks Orthopedic since 2017 and won't go anywhere else for an ortho problem!

Dr. Danny Sparks was phenomenal with our daughter. Where most doctors want to hear from the parent, he wanted to hear directly from her.
