My leg feels better and it is easier to me walk without my cane
Well, my 1st meeting with Dr Chan was on day of 1st procedure 6/10/2026. Dr..Chan was engaging, clearly explaining procedure , every step of way. This enabled me to be calm, not knowing what to expect first time. Also maintained conversation about our lives and backgrounds , which really helped. I had told Dr. Chan I had only made 3 appointments as I wasn't sure I would like him. He replied: Well, I guess if you come back to 2nd appt then I'll know you liked me " I shook his hand & said "You know, I brought cookies so now you can have one. You did a good job!! Of course, just as in Clinic, all of staff is so kind & compassionate. Aracelia greeted me with kindness & efficiency. George assisted me w/consideration, in & out of procedure area. Merriem, so sweet, assisted me w/personal hygiene need prior to procedure, allowing me to maintain my dignity. Saul prepped me for procedure, also put on compression hose afterwards. His fragrance still is amazing. Thx for care!
Dr. Chan is wonderful. Very thorough and knowledgable. Great bedside manner.
Got right in and he spent time explaining everything to us. Left with a game plan I feel good about.
I was very pleased with how patient Dr. Chan, was with me before my ablation procedure. I was very scared and my anxiety was through the roof and he took the time to calm me down. His staff were great as well. Highly recommend Dr. Chan.
