He is absolutely amazing!
Friendly and easy to understand. He explained my situation in a clear and precise manner.
Spoke with the physician about a 'catch 22' situation. His team did not fill out a pre-authorization for a CT scan with my insurance after my visit with him late July. The staff answering my phone calls refused to let me schedule an appointment until the CT scan was complete. The situation left me in limbo medically. I had to call and annoy the whole office (Billing, surgery scheduling, etc.) to try and get through to Dr. Rybalko or his team to no avail. It wasn't until I asked an urgent care physician to contact the office that someone on his nursing team finally submitted the insurance pre-authorization for the CT scan. I was able to make a follow-up appointment with this physician almost 5 weeks later (due to his vacation around 15-Aug and my mistake of visiting the Mokena office last Tuesday instead of the Palos Office). At the appointment, they asked me for a CD of the CT scan. Hi-Tech said they would send the scan results to this office, so we didn't go over CT results today
