Dr. Isen grew up in Minneapolis, MN. She received her medical degree from Midwestern University—Glendale, Arizona. She then completed her neurology residency at the University of South Alabama, followed by a neuro-ophthalmology fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Callahan Eye Hospital.
