She was more than I expected! So, that was a plus, but me being a black man & I was alone , the only person that looks even familiar to my complexion, it made me feel a certain way. Now, I am not saying I am perfect in no way form or fashion! But, I could feel the pressure of everyone's eyes on me as I passed by them. I don't know if it was me or the tail that surprised them that wasn't there!!! Oh, my badd, I was thinking of a spider monkey and not a chimpanzee, you know one has one & one does not have one, that is a tail, just in case we lost you in any parts of this conversation survey answering. I am a very truthful individual and I'm telling you how I saw it.!.

I was taken for a test prior to seeing the doctor. The protocol or need for the test wasn’t explained. I didn’t feel involved in decisions about my health or my medical billing.

She's nice and cares about you.

Excellent doctor, polite, explained everything she was going to do and very gently looked my ears, nose and throat. After the exam, she explained what she found, explained how my diet may affect my throat symptoms and what I could do to address my chronic throat problems.

Amazing! She listened to my concerns for my daughter and didn’t make me feel like I was thinking up things on her health. She listened and then gave feedback and broke down treatment options and how surgery works.

Dr Gainor was great. She thoroughly explained all my options and then walked me step by step through the procedure we chose. She was very kind and understanding of my full medical history. I wish that MMENT would stop the waiting in the car policy. If you don’t have a mask mandate you do not need to make patients run their cars to heat in the winter or cool in the summer.

Dr Gainor is caring and attentive. She puts her patients first. If at anytime you feel like you are waiting on her it’s not because she’s ignoring you, it’s because she is working to give other patients the same care she is giving you.

Amazing, as always. Snuck me in last minute to make sure my drainage tube and stitches were removed before the holiday weekend. The best. Just the best.

Office was extremely busy, causing a back up of patients. Usually they run according to schedule. Office staff is always friendly & Dr. Gainer is absolutely the greatest!

Dr. Gainor was great. She was gentle and told me exactly what to expect each step of what she was doing, which was rather uncomfortable. She put my mind at ease.

I asked you to put the scope down his nose and see what was there. I have to answer to people; Thomas does not answer to people. We are working on the jaw exercises and the mouth guard to keep him from teeth grinding at night while sleeping. We are working on all the things you suggested. Several of my friends work on the psychology of healing what is broken. We are working on the psychology, also. I appreciate your time and effort. The CNA's that work with you and the insurance people that take care of payments to your office were helpful, as well. They said they are gamers, too. They made a couple of remarks. Kids are very helpful. Praying.

Dr Gainor is the absolute best! Having highly detailed conversation with her is extremely enjoyable, and educational at the same time. She’s a great listener on top of being a very caring individual. She always makes the patient her number one priority!

Lab work was needed before a CT scan would be Ordered. Patient was called days after the appt, so a special trip had to be made for the labs. We should of been told at appt, so we could of done the labs that day while we were out.

Seems like she knows what she is doing

Explained procedure. Everything OK except liquid kept running down past my mask and down my neck. But my complaint/concern was that the strong chemical used to cauterize my nose vein ran down into my throat and burned it, and it really hurt for about 12 hours. Also I felt like there wasn't any real connection with Gainor and that she was in too much of a hurry to get done and leave.

Dr was nice enough, but after waiting in a room an hour and 10 minutes PAST my required arrive time, finally went out to counter to see if had been forgotten. Dr came in within 5 minutes of me inquiring, but basically said would need an ultrasound before could determine what was going on. Basically a long drive, a long wait for nothing ( not to mention cost) Don’t understand why if needed an ultrasound after looking at my Er records why that wasn’t ordered 1st before wasting both our times and my travel ( or, I get it, feel $$$ for another appointment after an ultrasound ??)
