First visit, He seemed interested, did not rush, good sense of humour. That whole CHC thing I was not impressed, but the Doc had great assistants

Awesome doctor that I trust with my life. He listens and if necessary researches for an answer. He responded to my lymphoma at lightning speed. Stage 1 and probably saved my life.

I waited 2 full hours at his office to be seen. The day before the visit I got a frantic call asking where my updated bloodwork was. I hadn’t done it because although I had called to request it ahead of this appointment, no one got back to me about whether the doc agreed I could retake the test. Dr Willis is a great doctor but his office and he are so clearly overbooked and overworked I am considering changing doctors. Calling to make an appointment is an automated phone tree nightmare and I loathe making an appointment every single time.

I'm tempted to only give him 1 star just because I don't like sharing a good thing.
But, I'm too honest for that. Dr Williss is the best of the best for a primary care Dr! He has litterally saved both my life and my husband's by actually listening to us and taking us seriously. He has never brushed me off like other Drs in the past. He has repeatedly gone above and beyound to make sure we get taken care of.
