Dr Willis is a great Dr. who cares about his patients health. His office staff however are horrible so approach the reception desk w caution. They are not the sharpest crayons in the box and have never been taught any manners. Just Rude young women who are full of themselves
Dr. Willis was great. But also was the medical assistant, in some ways, even more impressive than Dr. Willis.
He is always late. My first time I waited 1.5 hours. Yesterday he was 1 hour late. I have chronic back pain and would like to know the root cause. Instead his plan is to use 4 different meds and PT to mask the pain. I asked for xray or mri and he said no. I also requested my labs last month and they were not ordered. I showed up fasting, waited over 1 hour...and had to go home.
