I am extremely proactive about my help. I also try to find balance between find alternatives to throwing medicine at everything and viable alternatives, even if that means more discipline on my part. In addition I tend to over-react to negative test results. Dr Willis is good at helping me with my treatment choices and very good at putting test results into proper perspective. I appreciate all of this.

Dr Wiilis is wonderful. Yes, I sometimes have to wait a while. But thats only because he refuses to cut appointments short. He is fully present, engaged and concerned once he gets to you. I would happily wait a whole lot longer to have Dr Williss as my Dr!

Waited an hour and a half in the small exam room without a word from any of the staff. Finally had to leave without seeing him. The doctor himself is fine, the organization needs to start treating people like humans. This is the third time I've had waits for over an hour in the exam room without any word from the staff about why the delay or if they just forgot i was there.
