He then went on to complete his medical education at Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine & Surgery. After completing his medical education, Dr. Weido went on to complete a three-year surgical residency in foot & ankle surgery at Tucson Medical Center in Arizona where he was trained extensively in reconstructive foot & ankle surgery, sports medicine, and limb salvage.
Dr. Weido’s primary clinical interests include reconstructive foot & ankle surgery, fracture care, sports medicine, limb salvage, and general care of the foot & ankle. He is a member of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons and American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Weido is board qualified by the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons in both Forefoot and Rearfoot surgery.
In his spare time, Dr. Weido enjoys spending time with his wife and family. His hobbies include cycling, hiking, hunting, fishing, and traveling.

Took out two neuromas in my foot! It's been an easy recovery so far and Dr. Weido has been nothing but friendly and supportive.

Dr. Weido Is a remarkably experienced and skilled orthopedic physician. I experienced an unexpected but crippling pain in my right angle which left me crippled and attempting to move about using crutches - which did not work. I called for an appointment and is very accommodating staff scheduled me for an appointment the very next day. I had my appointment at 9 AM and by 9 PM that night, my ankle problem had been resolved and I could walk again - nothing short of a miracle.
Enjoyed him very much.
