What a pleasant and stress free appointment! I could not have asked for a more empathetic and down to earth clinician. I was a little nervous about the procedure, so Dr. Hanley educated and walked me through every step of the process. Thank you! I appreciated both your high level of skill and your reassuring bedside manner.

Dr. Hankley has the demeanor of your crazy uncle Bob, funny, and great company, but would go after someone if they hurt you. His voice when he talks you through the procedure is soothing and relaxing but with a slight tension to keep you interested in what he is saying. The man should be employed by Audible to read suspense novels. Best phsyatrist in the world (hope I spelled that right, autocorrect didn't go off so I assume I did) (not that assuming is a good idea) Anyway, back on track, Dr. Hankley truly wants your pain to stop. I would recommend him to the highest power if they had pain, and personally wouldnt go to anyone else.

I needed a cortisone shot in my hip, which I was dreading. The actual experience with Dr Hanley was quick and painless, and the relief was nearly immediate.

My husband came into the examination room with me and witnessed an extraordinarily rude doctor. Hankley talked nonstop, would not allow me to ask questions, and never addressed the result of the X-ray the office took of my back. I felt bullied into silence. When he finished talking and left, my husband and I sat stupefied trying to understand his unprofessional behavior.i will find another ortho doctor.

Dr.Hankley is very professional, knowledgeable and has really helped me with controlling low back pain ( serious L-2 compression fracture, plus degenerative spine ) over the years.
