Very caring Doctor! Went above and beyond to care for my needs.

This was the first time meeting Dr. Todd. I loved that I didn't feel rushed, and that he took time to explain what he saw and what my options were. I also loved that I felt no pressure to move forward with any of the options he gave me.

Initial visit after a consult request from primary care doctor. Discussion went well, very good description of observations along with visuals with scope/ camera and next steps for potential remedies. Entire visit lasted 5-10 minutes so will see how follow up goes as we proceed.

Very thorough. Answered our questions and explained things very well.

All we did was have an ear test in Madison. It took a couple minutes and nothing checked. I was required to pay a $50.00 co-pay which was very odd I thought! I'm rather curious how ridiculous of a charge there is for a simple hearing test if the co-pay is that much!! Don't bother getting ahold of me to ever have another hearing test!! We will probably wait til my son's ear is way bad!! The only good thing I have to say is Dr. Todd discovered a tube, which should have fallen out or been taken out 10 years ago!!! I felt like a bad parent because periodically my son would complain about his ear. After awhile he quit saying anything until it got to the point he couldn't stand it anymore. We went to multiple appointments in different clinics over the years! It's sad clinics are such a joke and all they care about is $$$$$$. More money for endless appointments that don't take care of anything. Along with crabby people that answer the phone in Madison and can't even get through sf

Dr. Todd worked well with my daughter making her feel more comfortable with a necessary surgery.

I met with Dr. Todd at Midwest ENT to discuss having a revision septoplasty surgery after years of difficult breathing due to a failed septoplasty performed in my previous state of residence. The initial consultation with Dr. Todd was positive. I was allowed to watch the nasal endoscopy procedure on the television as it was performed and Dr. Todd described the various issues with my septum in detail. He expressed confidence in his ability to correct these issues and answered my questions and concerns. The surgery was scheduled about one month out. Dr. Todd met with me on the day of to go over the procedure and express confidence. Now, a little over two weeks since surgery, I am breathing perfectly out of both sides of my nose for the first time since my injury. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Todd and the team at Midwest ENT. I recommend seeing Dr. Todd if you're having difficultly breathing through your nose after an injury or failed septoplasty. He’s a kind man and a great surgeon.
