Dr. Daniel R. Sparks, M.D., is an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon at Northeast Orthopedics and Sports Clinic & Physical Therapy. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from (University of Alabama School of Medicine, 1999, after his undergraduate studies at Auburn University, Lee University, and Birmingham Southern College. Dr. Sparks completed his Internship and Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of Alabama, Birmingham Hospital (1999–2004).
Dr. Sparks has practiced at The Orthopedic Centers since 2004. He emphasizes leveraging technological advancements to provide the best orthopedic care. His volunteer work includes serving as a Varsity Soccer Coach (Gadsden City High School, 2017) and assisting with athletic screenings for Physicians Who Care (1996–1997). He is an Active Staff Member at Gadsden Regional Medical Center and Riverview Regional Medical Center.
