Daniel Park, MD is an Orthopaedic Surgeon at Michigan Orthopaedic Surgeons who specializes in surgeries on the back neck, and spine using minimally invasive surgeries. As a spine surgeon today Dr. Park is excited to see his patients and they tell him that now after surgery they're able to walk to the grocery store, get the mail, and dance at weddings, this makes a true impact in his life.
Dr. Park completed his residency at Rush University and his fellowship at Emory University. He is well versed in both English and Korean and is affiliated with the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the International Society Advancement of Spine Surgery, and the Korean American Spine Society.
After waiting for an hour in the waiting room, then another half hour in a holding room, he came in in for about 2 and half minutes to tell me I would have to get clearance from my hip doctor to get a shot for back pain. Then tells me he doesn’t do the shots, his ‘pain management doctor’ does them and he doesn’t have anything until August. This all could have been taken care of over the phone. Instead I wasted 3 hours pretty much for nothing.
Dr. Park is great!!! Instead of suggesting surgery right away, he prescribed a round of steroids. And it is already helping, after day one. Hopefully it continues :-).
Very pleased with my visit
Very nice and professional. Believe will solve the problem.
Was honest with me that he wouldn't consider surgery on my spine at this time as he feels I may have a pinched nerve but not from my L3-L4 spine. He is sending me for nerve tests. I had him Do my back fusion L4-L5 4 years ago and its still doing well. He's very good at what he does and is honest too! Staff always certious and helpful!
I love that he stopped in to see me even though he could have told his assistant to inform me I needed physical therapy. It was a personal touch I appreciated.
Absolutely the best doc in twown.
Good doctor but too many surveys. Two on line and one in the office. Far too many in my opinion.
Very professional, explained my condition and the options to me.
Excellent bedside manner. Straightforward, concise and thorough. Great referral.
