Very good service. The staff did a great job of taking care of me and answered any questions I had thank you
The exam was thorough, he listened well, and did not push intervention, he discussed the pros and cons of everything that could be done and helped me make a decision I was comfortable with.
He gave me a lot of information about the diagnosis he suspected would be finalized with a lab test. Very personable and helpful.
He already helped me with this initial visit. Thank you!!
Very professional
It was very nice and polite and then he's worked great I would tell everybody about him
Dr Osborne was very informational and I didn’t have to wait for him to see me. The lady who did the test on my eyes before seeing doctor didn’t explain what any of the test were for and didn’t tell me what all the eye drops were for except when it was time to dislate my eyes. Other than that everything was fine.
Would have liked a word with the doctor after surgery, but I understand he was busy.
I am very pleased with Dr. Osborn. His care has been thorough and I understood everything as he explained what was being done for me. I Highly reccomend him andhis friendly and compatent staff at The Missouri Eye Institute
I came in for my yearly retina exam and did some of the routine testing, after which they dilated my eyes and I waited for Dr Osborn. I've done this before and knew what to expect but when he came in, he looked at my scans and that was it. He didn't examine me at all and I asked why twice but he didn't answer that question, only said he is referring me to a retina specialist. I asked him why my eyes were dilated and he said it was for testing but he never examined me himself. Just sent me to checkout. Dilating my eyes causes me an all day headache and I shouldn't have had it done if the doctor wasn't even going to bother looking in them.
