Awesome Doctor

I love Dr. Maxwell and the whole group. They have taken excellent care of me for the past 9 months after I was in an automobile accident that everyone said it was a miracle I lived through it. They not only provided the best of medical care, but everyone was always kind, considerate and loving. I can’t say enough good things about everyone there.

Dr. Maxwell listened to me and he discussed options about all my health problems. Also took his time and I didn't feel rushed. I felt like he was genuinely concerned about everything we discussed and the pain I was in.

I have heard great thinks about Dr Maxwell but I have never gotten to see him. Had 2 different appointments scheduled in the Villa Rica Office and both times the staff made me wait over an hour, claimed the doctor was late, but truthfully they never checked me in. Never had an issue with Bremen or Carrollton location. Hope to see Dr Maxwell at another location.

My appointment was with Mat Henderson today. He is so wonderful and genuinely cares for your well being. My concern is the prescription call in system to the pharmacy. My prescription was called in about 2:10, but the pharmacy did not receive it until after 5:00. This is not acceptable when you live almost an hour away. Apparently this happens frequently…please address this issue ASAP!

Im a new patient, got there 30 min early to do paperwork. Waited 1.5 hours in the room and never saw Dr. Nurse did not check on me at all. I finally got tired of that and when nurse came in when I told them I was leaving she was very snippy. I don't think I will go back or recommend office.

He was very kind and listened to my daughter. He gave reasonable suggestions, Therabands and exercises before any medication. He is great!

Dr. Maxwell is nice and really tries to be helpful, , but the office wait is beyond ridiculous. Most times I’ve been, I’ve had to wait at least an hour and sometimes two. Nurses are slow and sometimes forget to call in prescriptions.

He and his PA listened to my complaints and addressed all of them.
