Dr. Levene joined Premier Bone & Joint Centers in 2002. After receiving his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, Dr. Levene received his medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Denver, Colorado. He then went on to complete his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of California, Davis, in Davis, California. After his residency, Dr. Levene underwent a fellowship in sports medicine and knee and shoulder surgery of the Steadman-Hawkins Clinic in Vail, Colorado.
Dr. Levene serves as the orthopedist for Laramie High School. Additional sports coverage experience includes team physician duties for UW, head team orthopedist for Ft. Lewis College, and U.S. ski team. When not performing surgery or seeing patients in clinic, Dr. Levene enjoys skiing, mountain biking, fly fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Dr. Levene is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Very professional and helpful. He is also a very nice guy. The hip surgery did wonders for me. Immediately after surgery the hip pain was gone. Six weeks after surgery I'm able to move pretty good and getting better everyday. I'm looking forward to being able to get where I can go without a cane. Thank you Dr. Levine for taking good care of me before, during and after the surgery!

Dr Levine was very accomadating. I was set to get both knees injected on Monday by another physician and we got a terrible May snowstorm with lots of wind. The plane was unable to land. When they called I asked if there was anyone else coming in this week for me to possible get them from as I was was leaving town for a few months. Dr Levine agreed to see me and so the injections two days later. I can’t thank him enough. Even though I had them done previously, he was sure to walk me through the entire process and after care. Highly recommend. His assistant was super nice and answered insurance questions and billing and gave me a name for further details if needed. Makes her knowledgeable in being an assistant.

Great surgeon and good at explaining procedures
