Great bedside and great advice!

He really listened to my concerns. He explained what was probably going on and offered a treatment. I have been in pain for a couple of months and have seen my primary care doctor and an occupational therapist for the issue. Neither offered me any treatment or any hope. Dr. Master treated my problem during my initial office visit. Since then I have been pain free for the first time in weeks. I am very appreciative of his expertise and caring manner.

Asked to arrive 3 hours early for a surgery due to a cancellation. I arrive exactly when I said I could only to be left waiting in pre-op area until my originally scheduled time 4 hours later. I canceled a meeting with a board member and my wife left work early to try to accommodate a requested change in the schedule. Further my pain meds were not at the pharmacy when the PA assured me the night before surgery she would be sure to get the order in, requiring a second trip. In total more than 5 hours of my time was wasted. comwasted.

Dr. Masters was very kind and really listened to what I was saying. He explained things well and asked more than once if I had any questions. He has a great calming presence about him and evoked confidence.

Dr Master took the time to listen and come up with a plan for my care. He let me be a participant in my care and I truly appreciate that. He also explained everything well.

I had to wait 40 minutes to see him this morning just to get a Cortizone shot which took about five minutes. I have seen him a few times before for shots but he didn’t seem to remember. Asked me if he had done shots for me before. He hadn’t looked at my file before he came in the room to see why I was there.

He approached diagnosing my injury with interest, enthusiasm, and experience.
