After waiting a hour past my appointment time to see him, he didn’t introduce himself when he came in, just shook my hand and asked why I was there. He didn’t look at my chart until right before he was about to leave the room. I had to explain what all was given to me before the visit even though it was in my chart that he did not read. I’ve been in a LOT of pain from my knee injury and he told me there was nothing he could do for the pain and told me to just deal with it. I can barely walk and cannot drive. He was not empathetic at all.

Dr Kim listened to and took into account all of my comments about how my knee pain has been affecting my life. His time was spent focused on me and my needs going forward. We discussed the best options then I made my decision.

Dr Kim is a warm, personable doctor who doesn’t talk over your head with medical jargon. He answered all of our questions and did not pressure me into a decision on the spot. I had recommendations from previous patients and now I understand and 100% agree with their assessment of him.
