No one washed or disinfected hands during the visit. I was amazed as in most health care facilities visible hand sanitizing is done immediately upon entering exam room. Should not the assistant sanitize hands before handling injection substances & equipment? Dr. Seemed competent & knowledgeable

I have had cortisone shots from other doctors at Steindler Orthopedic in the past. None of them have had to use a machine like Dr. Jones does to administer the injections. I am not a fan of this as the cost of using this machine is so high and the results aren't any different than not using the machine.

He was very pleasant and took the time to explain what he was going to do and made sure I and my wife knew the possibilities of side effects as well as benefits. He was kind, prompt, and introduced everyone that was with him.

He was not considerate of patient's questions. Did not give patient any time afterwards to ask any questions. Did not do a good job explain procedure. Patient had to constantly ask him what to expect. Paper was given to me and told me to read it during procedure which at one time the procedure was very painful. I told them both him and his nurse take the paper. So impolite. Gave no time to patient as little as he could. I am sure this is not the 1st this has happened with this dr

Had knee problems for a year. Been to PT, primary care doctor and 3 orthopedic surgeons. Had multiple x-rays and an MRI. Dr. Jones after a careful assessment was able to find the underlying reason for my pain with ultrasound directly under where the extreme pain was the entire time. I at least have hope now that we will be able to address my problem.
