His PA was terrific and the person who executed the hearing test was good as well. When it came to Dr. Hwang, he had no intention to talk to the patient about the results saying that his hearing was due to age and if he didn’t get a hearing aid, it would mess up his head. What kind of treatment is that? We will not be going back nor recommending him to anyone.

Awful check-in experience, cleaned my ears for $144, and topped it off with no real treatment plan other than a $5 off coupon for vitamins. Complete joke of an office and absolutely a waste of time and money. Two thumbs way down.
