Awful check-in experience, cleaned my ears for $144, and topped it off with no real treatment plan other than a $5 off coupon for vitamins. Complete joke of an office and absolutely a waste of time and money. Two thumbs way down.

I waited almost 35 minutes to see the doctor. When he finally came in, he was looking at someone else’s file on his iPad and did not seem to be listening to my concerns. He also did not bother to conduct an inner ear examination to check for any underlying cause of my vertigo. I felt that the visit was a total waste of time.
I had a good experience at this clinic in 2023, which is why I returned, but it seems this was not the same doctor I saw previously. He did not even take a seat and appeared rushed to leave the room.
Before I left, the physician assistant mentioned that they would demonstrate how to perform the maneuver exercises at home, but no one showed me how to do them. Overall, it was a bad experience and a waste of the $60 co-pay, especially since my vertigo is still very persistent.
The hearing therapist, however, was very friendly, attentive, and thorough during the testing.

I saw Dr. Hwangs Pa Milan, Milan, and she was very nice and very thorough and checking my issue and treating me and giving me instructions on further treatment. I was very pleased. She was very professional and very courteous.

It was so bad. He was in the room for 1 minute, 15 seconds. I’ve had awful and frequent nosebleeds since I was a baby. Told him. Flashed a light in both sides of my news and said “dry and irritated”. I said “since I was a baby?” he said “yup”, prescribed something and walked out.

Was rushed and didn’t feel he was actually listening to what l said. He didn’t ask any follow up questions and just read the form.
