He completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Northwestern University School of Medicine and the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago which has been ranked #1 for over twenty years, longer than any other specialty hospital in the nation.
Following his residency, Dr. Heller completed an ACGME accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia.
Dr. Heller is a diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is board certified in pain medicine by the American Board of Medical Specialties.
