I have never called for an earlier apt , but I’m going to g to be gone for 2 months and Dr Goldish was able to get me in. He is awesome. I would recommend him to anyone, just a great person and fantastic Dr. Thank you
Appreciated him telling me about each step in the process. He is very good at what he does
I felt like a number and not a person to this doctor. He is very strict about arriving 30 minutes prior- even canceling if not there 30 minutes awaiting him. The woman who took vitals was friendly and informative. The other nurses/techs were pleasant, but much in his background. Your new software has malfunctioned every time I’ve had an appointment - the latest was inability to process card payments causing an awkwardly composed line. Then, new patients arriving with no room to enter the lobby for the clump of people already there. Finally, many people had limited ability to stand using walkers and canes. NO Seating, just waiting in line to check in. Badly designed front with the most direct path to handicapped parking through the driving lanes. Clean bathroom. Even the check-out was wonky. You need your staff to be disabled and experience coming to Steindler as a patient, where customers are last.
