Very personable. Sometimes it can be a little intimidating talking to a Dr. He took the time to talk and made me feel comfortable.

Dr Esper is great as usual, however, 2-1/2 hour wait time past my scheduled appointment is unacceptable.

I had 3 appointments with Dr. Esper. For 2 of those visits, I waited 2 hours past my appointment time to see him. The first time I saw him, my heart rate was only 39 on ECG. He should have sent me to the hospital via ambulance, but he did not. Instead, he told me to go to the emergency room. I don't know if that was because my boyfriend was with me and an assumption was made about who was driving or maybe I didn't adequately communicate my symptoms. The bradycardia was causing me lightheadedness and I could have passed out. I was hospitalized for 5 days. I was well cared for while in the hospital. During my follow up visit, Dr. Esper also put me on Midrodrine to raise my blood pressure.
