Really hard be positive when doctor gets an attitude when you have questions. Very excited with 1st visit 9 months ago, but nothing gets done, staff doesn't follow through.

Well, Dr. Contreras was training a medical student at this time, everything seemed fine. He told me everything I needed to hear as far as refills medication, and that he would have the nurses call in to get me some referrals that I needed for grief, counseling, and for a ultrasound of the liver a week later I am still waiting for a call back. Was it that he was saying this in front of his student either way I believe something should have been done as I try to call back I get recording after recording hold after hold and never never get to speak to anyone leave a message that’s what it says, and I have yet to get callbacks.
