He then completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Rutgers, the New Jersey Medical School, followed by a prestigious Combined Neurosurgical and Orthopaedic Spine Surgery Fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School.
