I have no idea what he can do for me or if he is working on getting approval for injection in back. He isn’t a very good listener.

I appreciate the professional & personal attention that Dr Brunner provides with explaining things in a manner I could understand what we were looking at & a procedure suggested. He’s helped me the most to get to the problem & solution.

He was very nice and so was his nurse and all the staff. However, he said he would send a prescription of gabapentin to my pharmacy for me to try while I wait for an MRI. My appt was late on a Friday afternoon. I get home and call my pharmacy. Dr. Brunner never sent the prescription. It’s now after six on a Friday night. I called OSMS and someone answered the phone. They took my info and had a nurse call me back. The nurse said if the dr dictated that he would send the prescription to my pharmacy the on call doctor can send it. However, if the dr didn’t dictate that then I have to wait till Monday. The nurse couldn’t login to her computer so she has to call IT. Once she can login she will call me back and let me know if the prescription will still be able to be sent over today or if it will have to wait till Monday when Dr. Brunner is back in the office. Regardless, I won’t be getting it today anyway as my pharmacy closes in less than an hour. It’s extremely frustrating.

In his free time, Dr. Brunner likes to spend time with his wife and daughter. He and his wife enjoy trying different restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, and breweries. They also stay active by going skiing, biking, and hiking.
