Dr. Daniel B. Vanderbilt M.D., Ph.D., obtained his medical degree from West Virginia University, where he also completed a Ph.D. in Cancer Cell Biology. Dr. Vanderbilt’s first year of residency (in general medicine) was in Morgantown, West Virginia. His residency training in Radiation Oncology was at Weill Cornell Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Additionally, he was a Holman Scholar, for which he studied how radiation interacts with gene expression in brain cancer.

Dr Vanderbilt has been my Radiation Oncologist for the past Several years, Post Radiation Treatments in 2017 and I have found him to be a caring compassionate Doctor who will take the time necessary to answer any and all of your questions to your complete satisfaction.
