Everyone very nice. Great insight on her condition. Very helpful and understanding with questions asked for further information to get patient in better health. Did their job sufficient. Patient wound almost gone. Patient is doing alot better. She has other issues but their breakdown on their work is very encouraging and hopeful that she will be okay. Also if we have any concerns to not hesitate to call. I couldn't ask a better job. We were treated like family.
