Very impressed with the staff as well as Dr. Aldrich. His direct approach was a welcome interaction as well as his diagnosis and recommendation for treatment.

Dr. Aldrich was patient, and took the time to explain in detail my condition, and his professional recommendations. He advised me to think about my treatment plan, and let him know what I decide. This was my first visit, and I am very pleased, and highly recommend him.

Dr Aldrich is amazing, he has helped me with my shoulder and now my knee. He’s very nice and professional. For me, he’s the best.

No return phone calls. in billing that took too long to get corrected. Errors in receiving cancellation appointment. Tried to charge me for not cancelling when I did. Gel injection was horribly painful. The second one.

Dr. Aldrich never introduced himself but yet sent his PA to handle my visit without any explanation of why he wasn’t available for my visit. I saw him standing around the work area but yet did not approach me to st least do any proper hand off. I am an RN …African American and also observed no diversity in that clinic either. The PA was very nice and had great “bedside” manner.

Dr. Aldrich has been taking care of my injuries for years! He and his staff always take great care of me and keep my long term wellness as a priority!

Dr Aldrich and his staff got me in right away. Each person that I encountered had a smile on their face and sparked a conversation. They took their time with me I didn’t feel like I was being rushed away since it was at the end of the day. Dr Aldrich is kind, thorough and has a great bedside manner. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Didn’t see the Dr. But all the staff was super friendly and Erica his PA was very good at explaining my problem. Really liked her. Received a Steroid shot and seemed to work pretty quick! Hope it continues to work!

This was my first appointment with Dr Aldrich. I never got to see Dr Aldrich. His PA visited with me and sent me on to have an MRI. Said to call their office after I got the MRI.

Dr. Aldrich made sure I understood what was going on and l he also leaves you in charge of your care meaning no coercing or manipulation like I have experienced with other doctors.

The Best Doctor !!

Very nice office and staff. Dr. Aldrich was very thorough and took his time. Answered all my questions.

I had rotator cuff surgery with Dr Aldrich. It was the second time I had this surgery. The first time was with another doctor and I felt tortured for 9 months. This time, Dr Aldrich performed the surgery and within 6 weeks, I am using my arm with little pain. This made me so happy. Dr Aldrich is phenomenal. I highly recommend him.

He teaches students and is very thorough while doing so though seemingly able to keep me (the patient) engaged and a priority as well. I am old school and eye contact tells a lot about people especially doctors. I can gage quickly if I am a number or a human. Today, I was human seeing a doctor who actually listened, investigated and set a plan (or at least the beginning of one) to help. This visit was great! Stay tuned…

He has no respect for patient's religious beliefs. He put down my pro-life convictions and mocked my faith in Christ calling it "a mental state." He displayed a terrible lack of bedside manners. Apparently, he believes he is entitled to treat patients in an abusive, undignified manner. He forgets a patient is a costumer seeking a service not a servant.

went to see Dr. Aldrich. Although Dr. Aldrich was there, I got to see his assistant only. I was referred to another place, which isn't the issue. I made an appt with Dr. Aldrich; not his assistant. even if he could not help me, he should have the professional courtesy to talk to his patients face to face. I left with a lingering bad impression of Dr. Aldrich because of this. Maybe he thought he could not make money off me or my insurance due to my condition. or he's to busy to deal with people who are not going to be using his services. I don't know the reason but these are the kind of questions that come to mind. the doctor should see you face to face even if he isn't the right doctor for the job.

3/16/21 was my first visit. I did not see Dr Aldrich. After check-in and x-rays, I met with Jordan, Dr. Aldrich's Physician Assistant. Omg! She was Amazing, as well as, the young lady who took my info in the exam room. Both were totally professional, pleasant , and knowledgeable of their specific job. I found the Orthopaedic group online and chose to visit because of the awesome reviews. My husband got next.
