“My experience with this doctor was good. They listened to my concerns, explained things clearly, and treated me with respect. The visit did not feel rushed, and the staff was professional. Overall, I’m satisfied with the care

He was running behind schedule today, which we didn’t mind. However, when we finally saw him, he seemed very rushed and in a hurry. He was very friendly and kind.

Felt like my situation was discounted. I understand X-rays don’t show an issue but that doesn’t mean I’m not in pain. Being told the solution is pool therapy makes zero sense for someone who isn’t remotely close to a pool and has to work 60 hours a week. And I should eat steak and eggs even though I have high cholesterol also makes zero sense. This was just a waste of my time especially since I had to wait nearly an hour.

Dr. Albright is encouraging and compassionate. He explained my situation and how we get to where I need to be for surgery. I left the office feeling positive and encouraged.

Very much a Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde as I waited over an hour to see him. Then he was supposed to clear me for surgery and instead gave me a lesson on how to eat healthy and lose weight…like I don’t already know how to eat healthy! Looks are deceiving no matter what the scale says. Are we seriously still in the 1800’s?!
