He was very direct and informative. I was waiting in the room for about 10 minutes and he stuck his head in to tell me he was in the way but then didn’t come back for 15 minutes.

It will not allow me to give a 5 star rating. It keeps saying reset on each question when I click on the 5th star. Very frustrating form.

I’ve never understood why they ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment and the you wait close to an hour to see your doctor. Car was good and professional but really???

Very personable and I felt his concern about me. I also liked that he didn’t jump to a quick plan of care but instead offered an MRI to really determine what my plan of care should be.

He seemed like he was in a rush. He didn’t seem to actually care about my problem.

Surgery went great and recovery/rehab is going better than I hoped for. Back to work within 6 weeks!! Fantastic doctor and team!

Did not see Dr. Albright because he wasn’t available. I saw his assistant who very polite and knowledgeable of my injury.

Dr. Albright is a good doctor, but honestly seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else. I don't know if he was having a bad day or something, but his bedside manner was lacking. I expected to have a few more minutes to ask him questions regarding my x-rays and treatment plan, but he left the room to make an appointment for an injection and didn't consult with me about scheduling the date and time. He gave me appointment time, but I have a conflict, so now I have to reschedule. It would've been easier to schedule it myself instead of having to call & reschedule and may need to wait a longer amount of time. That's very frustrating because I'm very uncomfortable. I suppose the appointment could've gone more poorly, but it certainly wasn't the typical friendly service I have received in the past.

I called the office to see if the results of my MRI would be available in the portal and was told no, I had to come into the office to get my results. I was then instructed to be in the office at 1:15, which I was. The Dr. poked his head in the room at 2:30 (!!) and told me I was next! He finally came in at 2:40, & I was out by 2:43. Very disappointed.

My knee replacement surgery was fantastic. On a pain scale of 1 to 10, with a 10 being my surgery in 1980 for a cartilage tear and three other knee surgeries that were orthoscopic being a 2 to 3 in terms of pain, I would say I was at about a 4 max at any point in the five weeks following this surgery. Great job!

Dr. Was great! I think it is awesome that he prescribes exercise and an anti inflammatory diet instead of more expensive tests or meds. The office does not run on schedule. I waited over an hour in the exam room while the doctor ran late.

I am 85 years old. My total knee replacement surgery by Dr. Daniel Albright has been an outstanding success. The operation itself and the overnight stay in Rex Hospital went smoothly. Recovery has been surprisingly quick, with the help of pre- and post-survery physical therapy. I look forward to many active years on my new knees. (Right knee, August 5, Left knee, January 5)

Then insisted that I come to office for physical therapy although I said I do not drive any longer! I also waited for nearly an hour before he came in the room while I could hear a long conversation with the previous patient. I am very disappointed and upset, not what I expected after previously having good experience with your company before!

Dr Albright saw very quickly that my radiating pain stemmed from a spinal issue that needed to be addressed urgently. After explaining options, Dr Albright and his nurse Crystal coordinated my care with a pain clinic to get the treatment I needed right away. Obviously in a huge hurry to get the examination over with, very little engagement. Really kind of seemed like he had something better he’d rather be doing. Nothing of interest came out of the interface.

Dr. Albright is thorough and and speaks to you in an easy to understand manner when it comes to tests, surgery and other procedures. He is friendly and approachable and allows you the opportunity to ask questions about anything you might not quite understand.

Dr. Albright was very nice, but said a few things that my PT’s *really* disagree with in general. I’m sure that this is the difference between a surgeon and a PT? Also, man, I have the most basic of issues and I was in the office for very close to two hours, mostly literally staring at the ceiling, waiting. Maybe in these COVID times, y’all can get a WiFi password for patients, since wait is an issue and we can’t have magazines to look at.

Because I'm single and unemployed I did not have my $20 co-pay for the reading of my MRI, and the doctor would not see me nor prescribe any medication for my tendinosis in my hip. With the country in crisis do to Covid 19 you would think this doctor would feel more compassion and understanding, I will never come back to the facility nor will I recommend it.

He is arrogant, cocky and rude. I would not recommend him to anyone. I got the answers I needed but he acted as though I was wasting his time. I saw him no more than 5 minutes.
