Dr. Penn is absolutely astounding! A total wealth of knowledge, I have referred several patients to him. Patients like myself with rare illnesses that he is very aware of. He truly cares for the patients and thinks the same way I do as far as avoiding unnecessarily invasive procedures. He was able to give me quality of life.

Exceptional. I made my appointment with him because I was looking for a professional with very good patient reviews and a high level of professionalism on Healthgrade. I liked his attentiveness and that he took the time to ask precise questions and I was able to explain my problem in detail, while he listened attentively. Instead of imposing steps, he offered me options. An excellent combination of professional and compassionate care, where the patient feels like both are working together to resolve the health problem. His staff is very kind, professional, and helpful. They respected the appointment time, which is unusual in most doctor's offices. I would give him six stars if that were possible.
