I felt Dr Jones was very dismissive of me and my feelings. She did not seem to want to engage in a conversation about what brought me to her. As an older woman I need to be heard. I felt that she could have been more understanding of my pain.Her physical exam was very good.
She is very kind, patient and made me feel at ease! I felt her concern as she explained my questions to my understanding!! Her nurse that assisted her was also kind & I appreciate that so much❣️
