Dr. Dana R. Banu, M.D., graduated in 1988 from Carol Davila University of Medicine & Pharmacy in Bucharest, Romania. She completed her Internal Medicine internship in 1993 at Bergen Pines Hospital. She completed her UMDNJ program in 1995 at Bergen Pines Hospital, where she was also Chief Resident from 1994 – 1995.
Dr. Banu is Board Certified in Internal Medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine and also through the National Board of Physicians and Surgeon Diplomate of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Banu has staff privileges at Morristown Medical Center at 100 Madison Avenue, Morristown, New Jersey, and at Saint Clare’s Hospital, 25 Pocono Road, Denville, New Jersey. She currently provides patient care at 16 Pocono Road, Suite 317, Denville, New Jersey.
