I had an appointment today to see Dr. Greenberg on a follow up for my right knee surgery when you were ago. The surgery was covered by the VA. And Advanced orthopedics office failed to notify the VA to secure an authorization for my visit today. Since the VA had not given the authorization. Advanced Orthopedics canceled my appointment after me showing up and rescheduled it for the end of the month pending the VA approval. I think advance orthopedics office definitely dropped the ball on this one again. The authorization from the VA should’ve been requested prior to my appointment today.

Just had a 5 min consultation for a procedure that I thought I was getting today. Now have to schedule another appointment. He was super nice and apologetic for the wait.

For several years he has consistently helped me a lot with hip and knees so that I can keep active and working. He is absolutely excellent, and the medical practice facilities, staff, and administration all treat me well; efficient, kind, very high competency.

Would have helpful if the Dr. or medical assistant explained the process of gel injections. When checking out I had to ask many questions from the office assistant to find out how the process works.

He is a good doctor. 👍

Dr Greenberg is caring and takes time to hear concerns and explain procedures, while maintaining an efficient patient experience.

Had total knee replacement surgery performed by Dr Greenberg, he explained to me what would be done and how the recovery process worked in great detail. The surgery took about 1 hr. I was walking the same day. I used a walker for about 2 days. Never took any pain medication other than Tylenol. I came home the next day and home therapy was set up, still no pain, rather discomfort. My therapy went well, 2 weeks post op I had my visit with Dr Greenberg and the staples were removed along with a few stitches and steri strips were put on. I'm already bending my knee to 120°s. My only regret is that I didn't have the replacement done sooner. Thank you Dr Greenberg and staff. I'll be dancing again before long!!! 😆

Very thorough in explaining what is happening to cause the pain in my neck and spine. He pointed out the specific area(s) while we viewed the X-rays that were taken in his office. No doctor in the ER at Bayfront Hospital explained anything to me after CT Scans were taken after my auto accident in April. All that was said to me was that there was no brain bleed or fracture or subluxation of the cervical spine upon releasing me from ER. Without scheduling with Dr Greenberg I would not have known why pain was so severe when it started 3days after auto accident trauma. I appreciate and wish to thank Dr Greenberg for his knowledge and assistance for my recovery whatever happens after a few months of therapy, etc

My appointment was at 10:30 and I showed up around 10:15. By 10:45 all the people who were in the waiting room when I arrived AND all the people who checked in after I arrived, had been called in. Doctor Greenberg was outstanding. I felt he really cared and listen to me. I like how he wanted to approach my knee condition. The nurse Alyssa Was very caring and also listen to my concerns. She was compassionate and willing to assist me in the x-ray room especially since I am very overweight. I have had a real bad bad medical month and Dr. Greenberg and staff are major blessing for me . Wished all medical associates were like this group.

This was the best visit for getting my Gel shot in knee. Dr Greenberg injected numbing medicine and then Gel shot . I had no discomfort at all . If you need that done , don’t hesitate.

When I went there I didn’t know what to expect and after I left I felt much safer about what’s going to happen

The staff were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. We arrived at the wrong office P.G and the staff called ahead, and we were able to go to the correct office P.G. and still be seen on the same day. That was a Hugh relief , because my husband had block that time for his lunch break. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and patient.

The X-ray tech (I think her name is Jennifer) was great and so was my experience with Dr. Greenberg.

Wish I had received a reminder call. I though it was at PG office. Fortunately I called office to confirm my appointment.

I’ve seen Dr. Greenberg for 5 visits now. He took on many of the patients of my orthopedist who recently retired. He thoroughly reviewed my chart and X-rays with me, provided his opinion on my knees’ osteoarthritis and information for a future partial knee replacement. I left with cortisone shots for each knee and appointments for another gel shot series which I just finished. Dr. G has a professional yet personable demeanor. He engages me in simple conversation about my status as he efficiently and painlessly administers the needles. Because he succinctly and compassionately addressed the decline of my knees with within the past year, I trust his opinion and finally feel ready for a PKR and hopeful for a pain-free future.
