I have and oral problem for many years: in the last three visits Dr Villanueva never check my mouth to see the condition of the oral mucosa; she is very friendly and happy to talk about my family and her plans. For me will be better if she focuses about my oral problem...Wondering what is writing in my chart and how she is describing my oral mucosa if she didn't take a peek in the last three consultations.I am aware that my condition could and is very chronic and will take long time to be treated, but if Ill go at the clinic just to talk and feel that I am a "routine", she can do it over the phone, I don't enjoy driving ( I am 76 years old and by myself)

Dr is awesome! Front Desk staff and nurse staff needs more customer service training. I was not allowed to stay with my Dad thru the whole visit due to Covid 19 policies. My Dad was not provided the support from front desk to exit that a elderly person requires .Front desk was confrontational instead of communicating to me how they would take care of my Dad, my elderly father uses a walker and needs someone by his side just in case he stumbles .Dr nurse staff were informative of Dad's visit at rear patio of bldg, but my Dad had to walk outside with out his walker because no reminded him to take walker outside with him . Needless to say my father was very scared of all the unknowns of today's Dr visit. My opinion is that allowing a family to enter with patient allows the maximization of Dr visit benefits .Fyi both of us have been vaccinated since March, both of us wearing mask.
