It was my first appointment and the entire staff was spot on . I haven't seen team work like this in years with a high level of professionalism mixed with a feel at home vibe I personally am very happy. Thank you Dr. Moran .

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this provider. I scheduled a phone appointment and clearly stated in advance that I was requesting specific gynecologic lab work. I also sent a detailed message through MyChart explaining exactly what I was asking for and why. Despite having this information beforehand, the provider spent approximately three minutes on the phone with me and refused to order the labs, stating she “doesn’t order labs she doesn’t understand.” While I understand that providers have clinical boundaries, this should have been addressed before the appointment was scheduled. Instead, my time was wasted on a call that provided no care and no resolution. What makes this more frustrating is that other providers within the same practice have ordered these exact labs for me in the past, and I appropriately followed up with the correct specialist afterward. It is disappointing to encounter inconsistency within the same practice. I got a bill for a 3 minute phone call
