My favorite thing is that she lets me ask questions without brushing them off or getting offended. I love that she will give me hard answers. I wish she (and I) did not have to deal with BCBSTX insurance stringing me along but she knows the system which these days is too much if the job.
Dr Moran was so nice, she listened and made suggestions. I found that very helpful. The office was peaceful and clean.
