Explained diagnosis and discussed treatment plan in a very understandable way. Ask if I had questions - and answered them.

She was an exceptional doctor with Avery caring spirit. We immediately interacted and she answered all of my concerns as well as my questions. She didn’t rush me right along. She took her time and I felt like I had her undivided attention. She made me feel so comfortable and gave me so many facts that I want to have her perform my surgery. As before I was undecided I feel very now comfortable and confident with her expertise. I will be coming back

I was yelled at by her because my physical therapists weren’t having me do more extreme exercises at this point. She said I should know what should be expected at this point because it was my second go around. She accused me of lying about not knowing what I am allowed to do and not do . I can’t remember everything that happened a year ago. She was treating me as if I was a child and she was scolding me. I don’t deserve to be talked to and degraded. I pay her for her work and I walked out of the office shaking and crying. I deserve an apology from her. I don’t like seeing her in the afternoon I noticed one other visit I saw her in the later part of the day and she was in a very awful mood . I felt like a dog with my tail between my legs when I left. I deserve a personal apology. I’m a nice person and a retired nurse so I know how to treat patients kindly and respectfully.
