Dr. Goltz reviewed my X-rays with me, and gave me the encouragement I had hoped for, to get back to activity (and he gave me validation for giving up bicycling and switching to tricycling!).

It was refreshing to have a doctor actually LISTEN to me and interact with me as a participating adult in that conversation. Even though I didn't receive the resolution for my issue that I had hoped, Dr. Goltz treated me with respect while clearly and frankly explaining why scoping wouldn't work for me and offering viable treatment options to minimize my pain until if/when I am ready for knee replacement. He is now my guy for any current or future ortho issues!
