He got angry when i expressed difficulty seeing the eye chart and was impatient with my answers. When I asked for more information about the “wrinkle in [on?] my retina” he was evasive and irritated, even continuing this attitude at the front desk in front of patients when I was trying to make a follow-up appointment. In the years I have been a patient with ICON this has never happened to me before. As this was my first time with this doctor I was surprised. The lady at the front desk handled his behavior professionally with her usual good humor, expediting my new appointment and reducing the tension. I would still wholehearted recommend ICON and my other doctors there, but not Dr Greely.

Dr.Greeley answered all of my questions and was very patient. I felt confident that I was on the road to full recovery after my eye surgery.
