Dr. Tom was great with my child, especially since she was distraught from having her eyes dilated. I give Dr. Tom 5 stars but I wish the nurses or assistants would have told me they were going to dilate my child's eyes. There was no communication. Also, I wish they didn't use the tool/pen object to poke their eyes to dilate but wish they'd use the air puff machine so you don't need to actually poke their eye with the physical tool/pen like object. But I loved Dr. Tom and she was able to regain my 8 year olds trust since after being dilated she was afraid to put the lenses on to do the actual eye exam.

First time Meeting Dr. Tom. I appreciated her communication skills. I am use to "older Technonology" so I need to get use to newer technology. Once I get my new glasses I will be better able to say how my experience is. The accuracy of my prescription is the marker for success. I usually have one set of eye drops. At this office there was 2 sets. One of them made my vision so foggy for hours I had to cancel my plans. It took until the next morning for my vision to clear when usually it is only 2 hours. A very scary experience. I was told 5? hours?

She has a very pleasant personality which I have missed by other Drs. at EYE-Q in the past few years.

Dr. Tom actually listened to my needs and came up with a computer prescription that should allow more flexibility in my focus points. Really good to see someone that cares.
