Dr. Crystal Tom, O.D. is a Clovis native, providing primary eye care for patients of all ages, contact lens fittings, and treatment for many ocular diseases, including diabetic examinations and glaucoma.
After graduating from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, she enrolled in the Southern California College of Optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University, where she completed her Doctor of Optometry degree with honors. After graduating, Dr. Tom completed her residency in primary eye care and ocular disease at Hu Hu Kam Memorial Hospital in Sacaton, Arizona.
During the course of her academic career, she completed internships at Bakersfield Veterans Affairs Clinic, Castle Family Health Center, Hu Hu Kam Memorial Hospital, and Ketchum Health. She is also a current member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, and a Fellow with the American Academy of Optometry.
In Dr. Tom’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and playing a variety of sports.
