I saw Dr. Dickson for a follow-up after a walk-in clinic visit the week before. Even though I arrived late, she treated me with patience and professionalism. She addressed my concerns and never made me feel rushed or like I was a bother. Hopefully I will never have a reason to go back, but if I do, I will definitely go to Ortho East again.
