Dr Smucker is the phenomenal. He revised my knee after a botched procedure from a previous surgeon. Dr. Smucker is a very caring physician, one of the best orthopedic physician available! I trust him wholeheartedly!
Dr. Smucker is wonderful helping me get back on my feet again after knee surgery. I highly recommend him and his staff are wonderful!
Dr. Smucker was very professional and listen to my concerns about trying to make an appointment was very time Consuming going through multiple people and constantly being put on hold! Also overkill by filling out portal which was sent many times! I have been dealing with this facility for many years and improvements need to be addressed! Then you go into waiting room and have to sign in again with information that had already been provided! When asked to confirm your appointment it should a simple yes!!!! Also I called many weeks again to get approval from my insurance! Never got a response! They saud they sent a text! Never received ! There are too many hands in the pot causing ones time and to be stressed out! I see many doctors and don’t have this sort of confusion! Hopefully this can be improved for the future!!

Provided excellent information and answered all my questions in a friendly, patient manner. He waa careful to use words that a non-medical professional could comprehend the process and used visual aids (model of a knee) that helped me to understand.
Saw his P.A. Who was delightful…kind, easy to understand and caring.
