Fantastic surgeon and right on point with my medical issue
Had an appointment for 10:15 AM arrived early prior to 10 AM. No one in the waiting room went to check in at the receptionist and she said I had to do it on the kiosk. Once I was in the examination room, I waited until 1059 to be seen by Dr. Smucker. Almost 45 minutes wait. Another gentleman that came in shortly after me was seen prior to me.
Dr.Smucker was pleasant,professional and very informative about my problems presented to him. He gave me alternative options and recommendations. He also encouraged me to discuss with family care providers before making my decision. Never had that opportunity before.
I love his passion and dedication to what he does and how he cares for his patients
