I could not walk without excruciating pain back in 2016. I found Dr. Lareau and he recommended foot reconstruction. It was done and within 6 weeks, I was well on my road to recovery, and walking with no pain. I highly recommend Dr. Lareau, his expertise and his bed side side manner. He is by far, the best!

I have a severe orthopedic issue with my ankle. He seemed dismissive and didn't resolve my issue. My appointment that I waited a month for seemed like a waste of time. I am considering going to Boston or the new Bone & Joint in Hartford instead

He fixed my unfixable (supposedly by others) foot and ankle from a crushed mess, with other practitioners making it even word with both their lack of surgical expertise and the handling of transferring me to New England Orthopedic Surgeons in a timely fashion, which allowed my Ankle and Foot to heal Incorrectly, thus making Craig's job much more difficult! He also stayed very involved with my healing and comfort with foot and ankle accessories! I couldn't have asked for a better person or practitioner. His bedside manner is outstanding! I always feel very comfortable speaking with him frankly about my injuries. His supporting cast from New England Orthopedic Surgeons are also impeccable with their roles and responsibilities. This was a return 4yrs after seeing Dr Lareau the first time for an Achilles injury. Circumstances did not allow for it to be taken care if then, but this time, within a week I was scheduled. Dr Lareau was very compassionate and supportive, explained what he would be doing and was honest in what challenges might lie ahead during recovery.

Doctor Lareau and staff were excellent and professional and he kept my family updated and informed on what was happening and the nurses were awesome

It’s a bit early to tell. He was polite, thorough, detailed, and very knowledgeable. He performed surgery three days ago. Once the leg has healed I will have a better idea of how satisfied I am.
