Dr. Kriza is THE BEST!

Although my appointment stated a tick over 30 minutes from my appointment time, I had a great visit with Dr. Kriza, he provided a lot of information, however, when it came to scheduling my next visit in 6-8 weeks, the front office staff said, absolutely not and gave me an appointment 12 weeks out. That is not helpful. When I inquired about the possibility of scheduling in when there is a cancellation it was like I was speaking Latin and the system has no way of allowing you to get on a “waitlist” for an earlier appointment. I also was not offered another location. The Medical Assistant, Christine, was really borderline, just not caring, and abrasive, it made me think I made a big mistake. I also would like to address delays, they do happen, I was brought back 30 minutes + after my appointment time. Your front office staff should be aware that patients will not be seen at their appointment time and should INFORM patients of delays.
