Craig Bobson, MD

Dr. Craig Bobson, M.D., is a board-certified family medicine physician with over four decades of experience delivering comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. He earned his undergraduate degree from Stanford University in 1978 and completed his medical degree at the Chicago Medical School in 1982, graduating in the top 5% of his class and earning induction into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.

Dr. Bobson completed both his internship and residency at San Joaquin General Hospital, with a focused residency in Family Practice from 1983 to 1985. He began his clinical career at Manteca Medical Group, where he practiced for nearly two decades. In 2003, he established North Street Family Practice, where he has continued to care for the Manteca community with dedication and compassion.

A respected educator and leader, Dr. Bobson served as a faculty member at the University of California, Davis, and has trained future physicians as an instructor in the Department of Family Practice. He also served as the team physician for Manteca Unified School District for 12 years and has contributed to healthcare quality as Director of Utilization and Quality Assurance and a longstanding committee member at Doctor’s Hospital of Manteca.

In July 2025, Dr. Bobson joined HealthyU Clinics, merging North Street Family Practice with the organization. This partnership provides Dr. Bobson a meaningful pathway to retirement while allowing him to continue serving the patients and community he has cared for throughout his career.
