The doctor was great, but not the front staff, but the back staff was unprofessional, rude condescending, and seemed bothered by my questions Not only was she rude to me but to other people on the phone I have worked with many providers was very uncomfortable by her treatment. My medication was not ordered. I called the next day. Try to tell me The medication was sent to the wrong pharmacy I Went to one of the pharmacies that has central database, and they said no one had requested any prescription to any of their stores so being lied to, and made to feel like I was in the wrong. it’s not only unprofessional, but shows a lack Accountability. Might want to consider having a camera in back of the computer area to provide the appropriate training and or adjust personnel.. I have been in this office in the past and never felt this way before so I’m not sure whether it was a bad day for that individual or a bad choice for that position

Dr. Landow has been my doctor for years. He is friendly and thorough. He keeps things simple and I feel lucky to be under his care.

I had been given a "spin the wheel" urologist while in the hospital and diagnosed with a large kidney stone. I continued with that doctor for two years but was never confident. After not going to my last follow up I started looking for a new urologist. I felt very comfortable with Dr Landow. He is very informal and my check up was way more thorough than my prior doctor. Although it's only my first visit I am very satisfied with him and would recommend him.

Staff was very courteous and attentive. Got a follow up call the next day after procedure.
