Dr. Courtney Stringer, M.D., is originally from the Cleveland area. She received her undergraduate degree in medical anthropology at Princeton University. After completing medical school at the University of Cincinnati and her pediatric residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, her husband, cat and dog moved to Chicago and settled in Lakeview. She joined a practice in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago and for the past ten years has been enduring the reverse commute. With the arrival of their daughter and the realization that Lakeview is their home, she is thrilled to join Lakeview Pediatrics and looks forward to meeting you all. She is passionate in helping families manage common pediatric emotional disorders; menstrual issues of adolescence and sports injuries in addition to the common ailments of pediatrics. Outside of medicine her interests include: playing volleyball and softball, watching sports (sorry she's still a loyal Cleveland fan) hiking, travel and exploring this great city with her daughter.
