Dr. Ray graduated from UC Davis where he majored in Biochemistry and completed medical school at Tulane School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He went on to complete a residency in Ophthalmology and a fellowship in Cornea and External Eye Disease at the Mason Eye Institute. He went on to open a private practice in the Gulf Coast area.
