She was very nice but I was extremely disappointed that she was running over hour behind. She and her nurse apologized. I didn’t feel my time was valued when I sit in a doctor’s office for over an hour and half and need to rearrange the rest of my day.

So amazing to have such supportive care from such a knowledgeable doctor that has excellent bed side manner. I feel comfortable and can openly discuss and ask questions. I appreciate and would follow her to the moon and back!

Dr. Sandulescu takes such good care of her patients - she answers all questions and spends time with her patients, never making them feel rushed or like they are asking silly questions. I appreciate her approach to care so much!

This rating doesn't reflect the doctor directly but rather the support staff. My appointment was for 10:15. While I was in the lobby waiting, Dr. Sandulescu apparently left the office. I was brought back into a room around 10:25, however no one informed me that she had left and that she wouldn't be seeing me today. I only found out about this at 11am when I called the front desk inquiring about the doctor and wanting to know why I was still waiting 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I was extremely annoyed that no one from the support staff told me this and I was literally sitting in the room waiting. If I didn't inquire, who knows how much longer I would have sat there, wasting my time. Totally unprofessional.
