Incredibly nice! Really listened and made me feel comfortable. Very happy we made a plan for next steps.
Very good and hopefully it will do the job well for me!! What should I do if this doesn’t help with the situation and then what do I do then!
Dr. Ziegler was wonderful in trying to help me out even though they scheduled me back in September with him and he doesn't specialize in what my issues are but now he's sent me to the correct Dr. Couldn't ask for a better Dr. helping u no matter what
Very personable and thorough.
Very professional. Made me completely at ease. Explained it all in a way that I was able to comprehend.
Very personable.
This was my second surgery with him. Very successul. He is very easy to talk with and has a great bedside manner.
Dr. Ziegler did an amazing surgery. Thank you Doctor. At my preop appointment the entire staff was also wonderful. I found it very difficult to connect to the office between office visit and surgery day. I was having difficulty with my insurance so I needed to speak to staff. Some of the difficulties could have been due to the holidays. However I was put on hold for at least ten minutes more than once. And was hung up on . And twice directed to staff that couldn’t help me. Hopefully this helps in addressing issues that can be resolved in what otherwise was a positive experience
